Shipping Information

How Do You Ship Orders?

No matter what your shipping needs are, we’ll make sure they’re taken care of. We offer a variety of delivery methods from USPS, FedEx and UPS.

When you check out, you can pick the option that works best for you – and if you need something faster than our standard options, just let us know. Get in touch with us and we’ll be more than happy to help!

When Will You Ship My Order?

We process and ship all orders within 24 hours or on the next business day.  

Free Shipping Over $50?

When you shop with us and spend more than $50 in the continental USA, you can take advantage of our ‘Free Shipping’ offer at checkout. This way, your order will be delivered to without any additional charge!

So, when you checkout, be sure to select the ‘Free Shipping’ option and your order will be sent out with no extra cost!

Will I Get a Tracking Number?


We understand the importance of keeping track of your order, which is why we provide a tracking number with each purchase.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming it has been received. Shortly after that, when your shipment is on its way, you’ll get another email with the tracking details included.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes.  The boxes we ship orders in do not give any indication of the contents inside.   They are simple “brown boxes”.  We respect our customers privacy VERY MUCH.

What if My Package Gets Lost in the Mail?

We are responsible for your shipment until it is delivered to your home.   Because we provide a tracking number with every order, we are able to monitor your package in transit.

If it does not make it we will do a couple things.

  1. Refund any money you paid for shipping.
  2. Email you at the address you provided at checkout to see if you want us to try and resend the shipment, or provide a refund.
  3. At that point we may need additional information so we can process a claim with the shipping provider. 

What If a Product I order is on Back Order?

We synchronize our inventory with our other stores and warehouse every 12 hours.  That way we can ensure if you see a product on our site, we have it in stock.  

Every once in a while, a product sells out within that 12-hour period.  If that happens we will do a couple things.

  1. Send you the rest of the products in your order.
  2. Contact you and notify you that a product you ordered is on back order.
  3. Ask if you would like us to refund the price of the product or simply send it to you when it is available again.

Privacy Information

Do you respect my privacy?

Yes, we work hard to ensure a private and discreet shopping experience.  We respect online privacy and are staunch supporters of individual privacy on the internet.

Because we sell adult-oriented products, we understand the need for discretion.  We work hard to protect the privacy, identities and personal information of our customers. 

Your online safety and anonymity are one of our main concerns.  We’ve taken a number of practical steps when structuring our order process to help protect your privacy.  

  • We only collect shipping and billing information you give us.  You are in control of what information we get.    
  • No one at Pleasure Cartel will see your credit card information.  We can only access the last four digits for identification purposes.
  • No one at Pleasure Cartel will ask for your credit card information, ever.
  • Credit card processing happens at PayPal or Stripe, depending on which payment method you select.
  • We DO NOT accept credit cards on the phone or through email.
  • We do not store your credit card information on this website.  If you save your card with us for future purchases, that information is stored by Stripe – our payment processor. 
  • All order and payment information is encrypted using the latest 256-Bit SSL encryption protocols.

Our goal is to provide you with a safe and discreet place to discover some of the coolest adult toys on the planet.  Your Security and privacy is key to that.

Do You See My credit Card Information?

At Pleasure Cartel, your credit card information remains safe.

We don’t save or store any of your bank details when you place an order – it’s simply sent to our payment processing partners Stripe or PayPal who will carry out the transaction securely on our behalf. The only access we have is to the last four digits of your card, which we use for identification purposes.

What Information Do You COllect?

We collect your shipping and billing address so that we can ship your product. This is the customer information you provide at check out.

If you create an account with us we will be able to see a list of your past purchases – as will you.  We will also maintain a copy of your shipping and billing addresses for future purchases.  If you delete your account, that information will  be deleted automatically.

You do not need to create an account to purchase items from our store. This is completely at your discretion.

What WIll My Credit Card Statement Say?

For your discretion, your credit card will show a charge from “RR Digital.”  This is us.

You will receive an auto-generated order notification from  Info@PleasureCartel.com when you place your order.   And then we will send another one when the order ships with the tracking number attached.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email from Info@PleasureCartel.com with your receipt when you order.  This will come to the email address you provide when you submit your order.  We will use this email address to contact you, if we need to, about the order.  We will also send your tracking code to this email address when the order is processed.

Do you share or sell my information?

We do not sell or share ANY user, visitor or customer information.   We are staunch advocates and supporters of internet privacy and do not release your customer information to any third-party.

 

What If I want My Customer Information Deleted?

You are in control of your information on our site.  The only time we save your information is when you create an account on our site.  If you want that information removed, simply delete the account.  We are also happy to delete user accounts manually.

Returns & General Information

Do You Accept Returns?

YES. . . we honor every purchase from our site and work hard to ensure our customers happiness!  🙂

When you purchase a sex toy please inspect it and run it through its power cycles before using it on your body.

If there is an issue with the toy please document it with a photo, video or gather as much info as possible and contact us immediately. 

We will work with you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.  We will send you a new toy, or have the manufacturer send a new toy.

Our products are covered under manufacturer’s warranties and product makers are more than happy to cover breaks and issues with the products.

What Forms of Payment Do you Accept?

We take a wide variety of payment types.  We accept  Diner’s Club, American Express, Visa and Master Card.  We also accept PayPal.

We provide 256-bit secure SSL checkout for all payment options.    All payment are secured by Stripe or PayPal, depending on which payment option you choose.

Where Do You Get Toys From?

The products we sell at Pleasure Cartel come from various distributors around the USA and the world. We are based in the Midwest (in Traverse City, Michigan) and we try to source our products from the United States.  We send products from our stores in Michigan or our warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado. 

Do You Have an Actual Store?

Yes, several; we are part of the Fantasies Unlimited group of stores, with The Laughing Buddha being our flagship store.
