How do you ship My Order?

We are currently shipping all products using the United States Postal Service (USPS).   We will display the lowest available rate.  If you need a different shipping option, please Contact Us. 

The boxes we ship products in do not give any indication of the contents inside.  


 If you order more than $50 in products it will show up as Free Shipping on your shopping cart when you reach that threshold.

Do you respect my privacy?


Because of the adult nature of the products we sell at Pleasure Cartel, we work hard to protect the privacy, identities and personal information of our customers.  Your online safety and anonymity is one of our main concerns . 

  • We only collect the shipping and billing data you give us.    
  • We do not see, nor do we store, credit card and payment information.
  • Credit Card information goes directly to our merchant account provider to process – this is PayPal or Stripe.  
  • No one on our staff ever sees your credit card information, nor do they have access to it. 
  • We do not collect credit card information over the phone. No one on our staff will ask you for it.
  • No one on our staff will ask you for your account password over the phone or through email.

Our goal is to provide you with a safe and discreet place to discover some of the coolest adult toys on the planet.  Your feeling of security and privacy is key to that.

Do You Collect My credit Card Information?


We do not see your credit card information when you place an order, and we do not save your credit card information when your finished ordering.  We simply receive notification that the payment was accepted from Stripe or PayPal.

What Information Do You COllect?

We collect your shipping and billing address so that we can ship your product. This is the information that you supply when you check out.

If you create an account with us we will be able to see a list of your past purchases – as will you.  You do not need to create an account to purchase items from our store. This is completely at your discretion.

Where will my Toys, Gifts or Novelties Come From?

The products we sell at Pleasure Cartel come from various distributors around the USA. We are based in the Midwest (in Michigan) and try to source our products from the United States.  We send products from our store in Broomfield, Colorado.

When Will You Ship My Order?

We ship all order within 24 – 48 hours of you making the order.  

What WIll My Credit Card Statement Say?

For your discretion, your credit card will show a charge from “RR Digital”.  This is us.

You will receive an auto-generated order notification from when you place your order.   And then we will send another one when the order ships with the tracking number attached.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email from with your receipt when you order.  This will come to the email address you provide when you submit your order.  We will use this email address to contact you, if we need to, about the order.  We will also send your tracking code to this email address when the order is processed.

What Will the Shipping Box Say?

We have a “brown box” policy.  You cannot tell the contents of the package from what it says on the outside.  

The package will come from our USA based warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado. 

Do You Accept Returns?

Because of health reasons, we do not take products back right now. 

We apologize.   But this is to protect the health of our staff and the sanitary conditions of our stores.  The health and safety of our staff and customers is one of our top priorities.  When you purchase a sex toy please inspect it and run it through its power cycles before using it on your body.

Most of our products are covered under manufacturer’s warranty and products makers are more than happy to cover breaks and issues with the products.  We will help facilitate any manufacturer returns in any way possible.
