How do you ship My Order ?

We ship all products using United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). We trust them both.  The boxes we use do not give any indication of the contents inside.  Your privacy and discretion is very important to us.

When you check out we show several live shipping options from these providers.

Additionally, we offer FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE IN THE CONTINENTAL US!  

This does not apply to international orders.  It will show up as Free Shipping on your shopping cart when you reach that threshold.  You must then select it as a shipping method for it to apply. 

Where will my Toys Come From ?

The toys and the products we sell on Pleasure Cartel come from various distributors around the USA, depending on the item. We are based in the Midwest (in Michigan) and try to source our products from the United States.  We stock MANY of these items at our brick and mortar stores.

We use the same distributors for our online store that we do for our brick and mortar stores. Because we keep an eye on the luxury sex toy market through our blogs – Real-Sex-Dolls.com, TranToys.com, SexAndRobots.com – we seek out distributors for specific products to bring you the best and most luxurious toys on the planet.

Do you respect my privacy?

YES.

Because of the adult nature of the products we sell at Pleasure Cartel, we work hard to protect the privacy, identities and personal information of our customers.  Your online safety and anonymity is one of our main concerns . 

  • We only collect the shipping and billing data you give us.    
  • We do not see, nor do we store, credit card information.
  • Credit Card information goes directly to our merchant account provider to process.  
  • No one on our staff ever sees your credit card information, nor do they have access to it. 
  • We do not collect credit card information over the phone. No one on our staff will ask you for it.
  • No one on our staff will ask you for your account password over the phone. 

Our goal is to provide you with a safe and discreet place to discover some of the coolest adult toys on the planet.  Your feeling of security and privacy as you browse our site site is key to that.

If you contact us to create or complete an order, we will walk you through the process, but will have you fill out the information on the site from your computer or smart phone.

If you need to reset your account password, we will send you a link to do this.

What WIll My Credit Card Statement Say ?

To protect your privacy, you credit card will show a charge from “RR Digital”.

You will receive an auto-generated order notification from  Info@PleasureCartel.com when you place your order.   And then we will send another one when the order ships with the tracking number attached.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive an email from Info@PleasureCartel.com with your receipt when you order.  This will come to the email address you provide when you submit your order.   Unless otherwise specified, we will use this email address to contact you should we need to about the order.

What Will the Shipping Box Say ?

We have a “brown box” policy.  You cannot tell the contents of the package from what it says on the outside.  This will protect your privacy from nosey neighbors and mail carriers.

Do You Accept Returns ?

YES!  Absolutely.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.  If you have any questions or would like to discuss a product you received, please call us or contact us at Info@PleasureCartel.com.  Someone from our sales team will contact your within 24hrs.

If you have a problem with an order, we will make it right.  We appreciate our customers VERY, VERY much and strive to make every order a positive experience.

Due to the intimate nature of our products we can not take back used products.  

This is to protect the health of our staff and the sanitary conditions of our stores.  The health and safety of our staff and customers is one of our top priorities.  When you purchase a sex toy please inspect it and run it through its power cycles before using it on your body.

What Payment Options Do you Accept ?

We take a wide variety of payment types.  We accept  Diner’s Club, American Express, Visa, and Master Card.  We also accept PayPal.

You can process your credit card through the 256-Bit system we have on our site (we use Stripe as a credit card processor). Or you can use the PayPal option to pay with PayPal, or use their system. 

We’ve tried to make checking out as easy as possible.

Do You Collect My credit Card Information ?

Absolutely not. We NEVER see your credit card information and we do not save that information on our servers.  We simply receive notification that the payment was accepted.

What Information Do You COllect ?

We collect your shipping and billing address so that we can ship your product. This is the information that you supply when you check out, so you are in control of it.

If you create an account with us we will be able to see a list of your past purchases – as will you.  But you do not need to create an account to purchase items from our store. This is completely at your discretion.
